Musselman Arch can only be accessed by driving the Shafer Trail. We have driven it in both a mini van and a 15 passenger van, and both times swore we'd never do it again. It is kind of a scary drive from the bottom of the valley, up the switchbacks of the canyon to the top of Canyonlands. Stop on the way to see Musselman Arch, which is level with the ground. If you dare, walk across the arch. I am afraid of heights so I didn't go very close to it. It would be a very long fall!
